Many OutNestss products are designed for IGT-compatible modular systems, but compatibility depends on the dimensions, frame structure, support rails, installation method, and available clearance of your existing setup.

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products, OutNestss covers the return shipping cost. For returns due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Yes. Eligible products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, normal wear, or incompatible accessories.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing components, contact hello@outnestss.com within 10 days of delivery and include:

• Photos of the shipping carton and label
• A short video if applicable

Our support team will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement parts, a replacement product, or another suitable resolution.
