Are OutNestss products designed for permanent outdoor installation?

Unless the relevant product page specifically states otherwise, OutNestss camping products are intended for temporary outdoor use rather than permanent year-round outdoor installation.

After use, clean and dry the product completely before storing it in a covered, dry, and ventilated location. Prolonged exposure to rain, snow, salt air, strong sunlight, or high humidity may shorten the product’s service life.

Will the product look exactly like the photographs?

Minor differences may occur because of lighting, photography, screen settings, material variation, surface texture, finish application, or production batches.

Small differences in color, texture, grain, or finish are not necessarily product defects.

Order Status & Shipping

How long does order processing take?

Orders are normally processed within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

This period may include:

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

What is the estimated total delivery time?

The estimated total delivery time is normally 16–24 business days under normal shipping conditions.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, severe weather, port congestion, incorrect addresses, peak-season demand, remote locations, or carrier disruptions may extend the delivery time.

Will I receive tracking information?

Tracking information will be provided when it becomes available from the applicable shipping carrier.

For some internationally transported orders, detailed local tracking may not become active until the international stage is completed and the package has been received and scanned by the final-delivery carrier.

Why has my tracking information not updated?

Tracking updates may be delayed because of:

We will review the order status, but changes cannot be guaranteed after order processing, inspection, packaging, dispatch, or transportation has begun.

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us immediately with your order number, original shipping address, and complete corrected address.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been packaged, dispatched, transferred to a carrier, or entered international transportation.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests should be submitted to hello@outnestss.com as soon as possible.

An order may be canceled if it is still being verified, inspected, prepared, or packaged.

Once an order has entered international transportation or has been transferred to a logistics provider for dispatch, it may no longer be possible to retrieve, stop, or cancel it.

Can my order arrive in more than one package?

Yes. Some orders may be divided into separate cartons because of product dimensions, weight, packaging protection, inventory arrangements, or carrier requirements.

Separate packages may have different tracking numbers and may arrive at different times.

What should I do if tracking shows delivered but I cannot find the package?

Please check:

  • Your front door, porch, garage, and side or rear entrances
  • Your building reception or mailroom
  • Nearby secure delivery locations
  • Household members or neighbors
  • The carrier’s delivery notes

What should I do if the shipping carton arrives damaged?

Take clear photographs of the carton, shipping label, protective packaging, and product before discarding anything.

Returns & Refunds

What is the OutNestss return window?

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date the order was delivered.

The return period begins on the documented delivery date, not the order date or shipping date.

Submitting a return request does not automatically mean that the return has been approved. All requests are subject to review.

How do I begin a return?

Email hello@outnestss.com before sending any product back.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • The reason for the return
  • The current condition of the product
  • Whether the product has been assembled or used
  • Relevant photographs or videos

Do not send the product back until the return has been approved and written return instructions have been provided.

Where should I send an approved return?

The applicable return address will be provided after the request has been reviewed and approved.

Do not send a return to the OutNestss business contact address unless our customer support team specifically instructs you in writing to do so.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, identified, or processed.

How soon must I ship an approved return?

After return instructions are provided, the approved return package should normally be shipped within 7 business days.

If the return is not shipped within this period, the return authorization may need to be reviewed again.

What condition must a returned product be in?

Returned products must generally be:

Who pays for return shipping?

OutNestss will cover the applicable return shipping cost when the product is confirmed to be damaged upon arrival, defective, incorrectly supplied, or missing essential components because of our error.

For personal-reason returns, including ordering the wrong size, choosing an incompatible accessory, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?

Contact hello@outnestss.com within 10 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the complete product
  • Close-up photographs of the affected area
  • Photographs of the carton and shipping label
  • A short video when helpful

Keep the carton, packaging, labels, hardware, accessories, and affected components until the issue has been reviewed.

What should I do if parts or hardware are missing?

When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you after the returned product has been received and inspected.

If the refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account after the refund has been issued.

Warranty & Repair

How long is the OutNestss limited warranty?

Eligible OutNestss products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase.

What does the limited warranty cover?

The limited warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal and intended use.

Depending on the product, covered issues may include:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural defects under normal intended use
  • Missing or damaged parts discovered after opening the package
  • Original hardware that fails during proper use
  • Original hinges, brackets, connectors, or locking components that fail because of a manufacturing defect
What is not covered by the warranty?

The limited warranty does not cover:

  • Rust or corrosion caused by moisture, salt, chemicals, or improper storage

  • Exceeding a stated load capacity

  • Commercial, rental, or institutional use unless approved in writing
What remedies may be offered for an approved warranty claim?

After reviewing and confirming a valid warranty claim, OutNestss may provide an appropriate remedy such as:

  • Troubleshooting assistance
  • Replacement hardware
  • Replacement components
  • Repair assistance
  • A replacement product
  • A comparable replacement when the original product is unavailable
  • A partial or full refund when appropriate

The remedy will depend on the nature of the issue, product age, product availability, and availability of replacement components.

How do I submit a warranty claim?
