We want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at hello@outnestss.com with your order numberreason for return, and supporting photos or videos if applicable.

Our customer support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

Please do not send your return before your return request has been approved and return instructions have been provided.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For returns due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. The specific return shipping fee depends on the carrier and shipping service selected by the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return package.

This address is used only for authorized return processing. It is not a walk-in customer service location or our company headquarters.

Please do not send any item to this address before your return request has been approved. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted or processed.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Once a return request is approved, the return package should be shipped within 7 business days after return instructions are provided.

Items must be in their original condition and packaged appropriately, preferably in the original packaging.

Returned items must include all parts, accessories, hardware, and manuals originally included with the product, if applicable.

Returns with missing parts, damage, or signs of misuse may be rejected or may result in a reduced refund.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at hello@outnestss.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement part, replacement item, return instructions, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

Since we offer free shipping on all orders, no original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. For personal-reason returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us directly at hello@outnestss.com.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request an order cancellation before the order enters the ocean transit process.

Our team typically reviews and confirms orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. This is the first step of our 3–7 business day order processing period.

If the order is still in the order review, preparation, quality inspection, packaging, or dispatch preparation stage, we may still be able to cancel the order, as long as it has not yet entered ocean transit.

Once an order has entered the ocean transit process, it can no longer be canceled. At that stage, the shipment has already been transferred to international logistics and cannot be retrieved or stopped.

Gift Returns and Gift Cards

Gift returns are eligible for store credit only.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
