This Payment Method page explains the payment option currently available on www.outnestss.com, the currency used for transactions, payment authorization, declined or pending payments, and how approved refunds are processed.

Supported Payment Method

OutNestss currently accepts:

PayPal

Customers can complete payment securely through PayPal during checkout.

After selecting PayPal, you will be directed to PayPal’s secure payment interface to sign in to your PayPal account and select an available funding source.

The funding options shown within PayPal may vary depending on your:

  • PayPal account

  • Location

  • Device

  • Order value

  • Account eligibility

  • PayPal settings

The payment option displayed during checkout is the option available for that specific order.

OutNestss does not currently advertise or accept cash on delivery, direct bank transfer, checks, or other offline payment methods unless such an option is expressly displayed during checkout.

Transaction Currency

All transactions completed through the OutNestss checkout are processed in United States dollars (USD).

The product price, applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and final order total will be displayed before payment is completed.

If your PayPal account or linked funding source uses a currency other than USD, PayPal, your bank, or your payment provider may apply:

  • Currency-conversion charges

  • Exchange-rate adjustments

  • International transaction fees

  • Other payment-processing charges

These third-party fees and exchange rates are determined by PayPal or the applicable financial institution. They are not charged, set, or controlled by OutNestss.

Please review the amount and currency displayed by PayPal before confirming your payment.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through PayPal’s secure payment system.

OutNestss does not directly receive or store your complete PayPal login credentials, complete bank-account details, or complete payment-card numbers on its local systems.

When completing payment, you are responsible for keeping your PayPal account credentials secure and for confirming that the payment information, billing information, and order amount are correct.

If you believe that your PayPal account has been used without authorization, contact PayPal promptly and notify OutNestss at hello@outnestss.com if the transaction relates to an order placed on our website.

Payment Authorization

When you submit an order, PayPal may authorize, process, or temporarily hold the amount displayed during checkout.

An order is not considered successfully paid until the payment has been confirmed through the applicable payment system.

In some cases, a payment may appear as pending while PayPal completes:

  • Account verification

  • Payment review

  • Funding-source confirmation

  • Fraud-prevention screening

  • Other security checks

OutNestss cannot manually approve, accelerate, or override a payment review conducted by PayPal.

Order processing may not begin until the payment has been successfully confirmed.

Declined or Unsuccessful Payments

A payment may be declined or unsuccessful for reasons including:

  • An expired or restricted funding source

  • Incorrect billing information

  • A billing-address mismatch

  • PayPal account limitations

  • Security or fraud-prevention controls

  • Restrictions imposed by PayPal

  • Restrictions imposed by your bank or payment provider

If your payment is declined:

  1. Confirm that your PayPal account and linked funding source are active.

  2. Check that your billing and account information is correct.

  3. Try completing the payment again.

  4. Select another eligible funding source within PayPal, if available.

  5. Contact PayPal or your financial institution for further assistance.

OutNestss normally cannot see the specific confidential reason why PayPal or a financial institution declined a transaction.

Pending Payments

If your PayPal payment is marked as pending, your order may remain on hold until the payment status is confirmed.

A pending payment does not always mean that the payment has failed. PayPal may require additional time to review or complete the transaction.

Please avoid repeatedly submitting the same order while the original payment remains pending, as this may result in duplicate orders or multiple payment authorizations.

If the payment remains pending for an extended period, contact PayPal first for information about the payment status. You may also contact OutNestss and provide your order number or the email address used during checkout.

Duplicate Payments or Orders

If you believe you submitted the same payment or order more than once, contact us as soon as possible at hello@outnestss.com.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address used during checkout

  • All relevant order numbers

  • The date and amount of each transaction

  • A screenshot of the PayPal transactions, if available

Do not submit a PayPal dispute solely because an order appears to have been duplicated before contacting us. We will review the available order and payment records and determine the appropriate next step.

Order Confirmation

After a successful order is submitted, an order confirmation should be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please review the confirmation and verify:

  • Your name

  • Email address

  • Shipping address

  • Products ordered

  • Product options

  • Quantities

  • Order total

If you do not receive an order confirmation, check your spam or junk folder.

A PayPal payment receipt does not always replace the OutNestss order confirmation. If payment appears successful but you have not received an order confirmation, contact hello@outnestss.com and provide the email address used during checkout and the applicable PayPal transaction information.

Payment Information Changes

After an order has been successfully paid, the payment method normally cannot be changed.

OutNestss cannot transfer a completed PayPal payment to another PayPal account, bank account, card, or payment method.

If an eligible order is canceled and a refund is approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method rather than transferred to a different account.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment method used for the order.

OutNestss generally processes an approved refund within 2–3 business days after the refund has been authorized.

After OutNestss issues the refund, PayPal, your bank, or the original funding provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

The final posting time may depend on:

  • PayPal’s processing procedures

  • The original funding source

  • Your bank or payment provider

  • Weekends

  • Public holidays

  • Currency conversion

  • Account review requirements

OutNestss cannot redirect a refund to another PayPal account, bank account, card, or payment method.

Refund eligibility remains subject to the applicable OutNestss Return Policy, cancellation conditions, and order circumstances.

PayPal Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a concern about an order, payment, delivery, return, or refund, please contact OutNestss before opening a PayPal dispute whenever reasonably possible.

Include your order number and a clear description of the issue so that we can review the matter efficiently.

Opening a dispute may limit our ability to process certain order changes or refunds directly while the transaction is under review by PayPal.

This section does not restrict any rights available to you under PayPal’s applicable terms or applicable consumer-protection laws.

Payment-Related Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and reduce unauthorized transactions, an order may be reviewed before processing.

We may contact you to confirm order information when:

  • The billing and shipping information differ significantly

  • The order contains unusual information

  • Multiple payment attempts have occurred

  • The payment is flagged for additional review

  • Additional verification is reasonably required
